Great experience overall with K.P. Lamarco. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the crew were hard workers with skilled craftsmanship. The job was completed on time—actually ahead of schedule—which was a huge plus. Kevin Lamarco, the owner, was always available for questions and very responsive throughout the process. We’ve received many compliments on our house since installing Everlast siding and have already referred K.P. Lamarco to friends and family. We’re so happy with the work that we plan to have them do our roof next as well. Highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of working with K.P. LaMarco on a pretty big deck project, and we couldn’t be happier. We chose Kevin and his team because they really understood our vision: we wanted an upper and lower TimberTech deck with a roof, premium railings, and even a custom dog ramp. Kevin and Gabrielle never batted an eye at the custom requests and delivered exactly what we hoped for.

Throughout the process, they were professional, their crew worked long hours to get everything done in under three weeks, and the final result is absolutely beautiful. If you’re looking for someone who’ll bring your deck vision to life with care and expertise, we definitely recommend K.P. LaMarco.

Kevin and his crew were absolutely amazing. Kevin took time to review all the specs of our project to ensure all our questions were answered. The crew was always on time, putting in long hours to move things along and always left the worksite clean and picked up. The final product is even better than we had envisioned and looks like a brand new house. We couldn’t be happier, and would recommend Kevin and his crew to everyone! Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful final result and knowing our new siding and roof will last us for so many years to come without a lot of maintenance!

We have a rambling Nantucket-style home in Farmington, CT with a large roof that was on its last legs. It was a complicated job, with different pitches and roof lines. On a friend’s recommendation, we hired KP LaMarco to replace the cedar roof, a number of windows, gutters, and add copper downspouts. Kevin and his A++ team were awesome - from start to finish and even with all the final checklist items that contractors so often neglect. We were especially appreciative of the long hours they worked every day, during
weekends, and in inclement weather to get our job complete. The work site was kept clean, the team clearly cared about their workmanship, and our house looks brand spanking new. I hope I don’t need a new cedar roof for a long time, but when I do I’ll be ringing Kevin.

K P Lamarco and Associates did a wonderful job on my mother's roof. They were competent, courteous, and cleaned up the work site beautifully. They finished this big job in just 2 days and the price was fair. I would hire them to work on my house anytime.

K.P. LaMarco & Associates provided exceptional service when a tree fell on my house, damaging the roof and siding. Their team, known for high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, quickly addressed the issue with professionalism and efficiency. From the free, no-obligation estimate which was approved by our insurance, to the completion of the repair, their communication and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. The use of top-quality materials matched the rest of my roof and looks great! I highly recommend K.P. LaMarco & Associates for their reliability, expertise, and excellent customer service.
