Not only does KPL offer free estimates, we provide all of our customers with a detailed proposal that specifies your projects details, materials to be used, installation specification and our unmatched cleanup process. EPA Lead Certification is required for any renovation that disturbs more than 6 square feet of interior or 20 square feet of exterior lead paint in residential or child-occupied facilities built before 1978. Failure to comply puts you at risk to be fined by the EPA & Local Government.
KPL is an EPA Certified Firm and every Foreman on every crew is an EPA Certified Renovator, so you can be confident that KPL does the renovation correctly and legally!
